Fees are determined according to the package or scope of work agreed upon, and are documented in the quotation or agreement. Prices published on the website start from the stated minimum for each package, and the final price is set after evaluating the project scope. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
All intellectual property rights to the website, its content and the "BAYAN" trademark remain owned by the Company. As for the deliverables handed over to the client (such as studies and reports), the right to use them passes to the client after full payment of fees, while the Company retains the right to use the general methodologies and expertise it has acquired.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and data provided to us by the client, and not disclosing them to any third party without permission, except to the extent required to deliver the service or imposed by the applicable regulations and competent authorities.

BAYAN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or reliance on their deliverables in making decisions. In all cases, the Company's liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the service in dispute.
BAYAN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and the amendment takes effect from the date it is published on the website. Your continued use of the website after the amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
